"Easy wristbands and arcade cards made the day smooth"
I went with my kids, the wristbands and arcade cards worked better than I expected. I’m particular about things being simple when I’m out with the kids, and these made everything really easy. The wristbands were no hassle for getting on rides, and the arcade card loaded fine and kept track of the credits without any issues. It made the whole day feel a lot less confusing, and we ended up having a really fun time.

"Didn't feel very welcomed"
When I visited, the staff just didn’t come across as very friendly and I felt kind of brushed off, like they didn’t really want to help or even have me there, and it made the whole experience feel awkward and uncomfortable so I don’t think I’d go back.

"booking online was super easy"
I used austinspark.com to book online and it was painless. i was expecting it to be a little annoying, but it was actually simple to get through.
The steps were clear, the dates and times loaded fast, and I didn’t have to keep going back to fix random stuff. the payment page was straightforward too, which I appreciated.
I got the confirmation right away, which is always a big plus for me. Nothing felt confusing or frustrating, it just Worked like it was supposed to.

"Felt like the equipment wasn’t being taken seriously"
Some of the gear looked worn out, and a few machines felt like they really needed maintenance. I mentioned it, but it kind of felt like it was brushed off. Not the best experience, to be honest.

The food was really tasty and fresh, so I’ll give them that. But the fries were barely warm by the time I got to them, and that’s annoying because hot fries are not hard to get right. Feels like they just let them sit too long. Still a solid meal overall, and I’d probably order again, but they need to do better with the fries

"We went in thinking we’d just…"
We went in thinking we’d just check the place out for a bit, but we ended up having such a good time. There was way more to do than I expected, so none of us ever really got bored. We kept bouncing from one attraction to the next, and somehow everyone in our group found something they were into. The kids had plenty to keep them busy, but the adults had fun too, which was a nice surprise. By the time we left, we were already talking about coming back again.

Went here with my kids and they did have fun at first, but I didn’t feel too good about the supervision. Some spots was really crowded and it didn’t seem like the staff were watching much of what was going on. I ended up having to step in myself a couple times. With that many kids running around, I just think safety should be handled better

"Package info was decent, then kind of annoying"
I went on Austin's Park to check out the package details, and at first I was like, okay, this is helpful enough. Some of the pricing and what’s included was there, so I wasn’t totally lost.
But then the more I clicked around, the more I got annoyed because certain details still felt scattered or not clearly explained. It’s not a bad site at all, but just put the main package info in one easy spot and save everyone the extra digging...

"Easy, quick visit"
It wasn’t crowded when I went, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Super smooth experience overall, definitely appreciated how quick it was

Finding a decent spot nearby took way longer than I expected. Not the worst thing ever, but it was inconvenient and kinda frustrating

We had an okay time overall, but it was kind of frustrating that a few of the rides and games were closed when we went. We still managed to have some fun, but for the price, I really expected more to be available. Also, it felt like there was barely any human contact anywhere, everything was so automated or unclear, and it would’ve been nice to actually talk to someone for help or updates

I still remember how frustrating it felt trying to find our way around. The layout was really confusing, and the signs didn’t do much to help, so we spent more time feeling lost than actually enjoying ourselves

"Fair prices, just okay value"
Prices were fair, I’ll give them that. Not too high. Not really a shock or anything. But the overall value? Could’ve been better, honestly. Felt like I paid a reasonable amount, just didn’t quite get as much out of it as I hoped.

Reserving the spot online was easy enough, no real issues there. When I got there though, check-in took longer than I thought it would. The staff were nice, just seemed like they were a little unorganized or maybe short on... I don’t know. It all worked out in the end, but the process could definitely be smoother

"We were hoping for something the whole…"
We were hoping for something the whole family could enjoy, but it just didn’t feel very fun or engaging for everyone. There wasn’t a lot to keep the kids interested, and some parts felt a little off, that part was weird. Overall, it wasn’t quite the family-friendly experience we expected.

"Comfortable overall, just caught one stuffy moment"
The room was comfortable for most of my visit, not too hot and not too cold. There was one area that felt a little stuffy, but I might’ve just been there at a bad time before the air had a chance to circulate. Overall, it was fine.

"Such a fun birthday party??"
We had my kid’s birthday party with Austin Spark it was a great time?? The kids were entertained the whole party, the staff was super friendly, and everything felt really easy from start to finish. Setup went smoothly too, which was a huge relief. Everyone left tired and happy, so what more could you ask for??

Meh. The place just didn’t feel very clean when I went in. The tables looked like they needed wiping down, and the floors could’ve used some attention too. Disappointing.
